Terms & Conditions – Godeels
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Godeels (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging with Godeels as a developer, buyer, or channel partner, you agree to comply with the following:

1. General Terms
1.1 Godeels acts as a real estate solutions provider, offering marketing, sales, and technology services.
1.2 All information provided on our website, brochures, or campaigns is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.
1.3 Godeels reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms without prior notice.

2. For Developers
2.1 Developers must provide accurate and verified project details including approvals, licenses, and legal documents before marketing begins.
2.2 Godeels will not be liable for any false claims, misrepresentation, or unverified information shared by the developer.
2.3 Project promotions, campaigns, and pricing must be mutually agreed in writing before launch.
2.4 Developers are responsible for timely possession, delivery, and quality of projects. Godeels’ role is limited to marketing, lead generation, and sales support.

3. For Buyers
3.1 Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making a purchase decision.
3.2 Godeels does not guarantee project completion timelines, possession dates, or future returns on investment — these remain the responsibility of the developer.
3.3 Any financial transactions, booking amounts, or property payments must be made directly to the developer’s authorized accounts. Godeels does not collect or hold buyer funds.
3.4 Buyers acknowledge that virtual tours, 3D views, and digital content are representations and may not exactly match the final product.

4. For Channel Partners (Agents/Agencies)
4.1 Channel partners must be registered with GodeelsGO platform to participate in lead-sharing and brokerage programs.
4.2 All leads must be tagged and verified through Godeels systems to qualify for brokerage payouts.
4.3 Brokerage payments will be made only upon successful transaction closure and developer payout.
4.4 Channel partners must comply with Godeels’ ethical sales practices and refrain from false promises, misrepresentation, or malpractice.
4.5 Any disputes regarding brokerage shall be resolved as per the mutually agreed terms on GodeelsGO.

5. Technology & Data Use
5.1 Godeels may collect and use data (leads, engagement, campaign performance) for the purpose of improving services.
5.2 Personal and financial data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
5.3 Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale of Godeels’ tools, software, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability & Disclaimer
6.1 Godeels acts as a facilitator between developers, buyers, and channel partners. We are not liable for project delays, cancellations, financial disputes, or delivery issues.
6.2 All disputes between developers and buyers are to be settled directly between the parties.
6.3 Godeels’ liability is limited to the extent of services explicitly agreed upon in writing.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
7.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
7.2 Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
